Reinforcement bends
We produce production of various complexity and bending forms. In production using automatic and manual reinforcing bends bending machine.
The greatest demand – circular rings, square rings, rhombus, hexagonal and other various forms of bends – bending is carried out at 90° degrees, 45° degrees, etc.
For bends production are using SCHNELL automatic bidirectional rotation bending machines, which bending products of various forms, positions and diameter. With this machine are bending products from 6-12mm reinforcement bar.
SCHNELL machines are bending these products, they are cutting::
- Round and square rings of different sizes;;
- Bends 90°, 45°, 30° etc;
- Rhombus, oval and square several bending rings;
- We are cutting and straightening loose bars of needs length.
Bends are made with bending cold method. We offer a wide choice of standard reinforcement bends forms, unlimited number of bending. Manual machine may be bending 6-32mm reinforcement.
